Russia claims to have direct evidence implicating Western countries, particularly the United States and Ukraine, in collaborating with ISIS and Ukrainian intelligence to carry out attacks in Russia. The Kremlin has called the situation regarding the investigations “close to absurd”.
Aminchon Islomov and his father Isroil Islomov have appealed their pre-trial detention in connection with the Moscow concert hall attack. The Islomov family, including brothers Amirchon and Dilovar, are suspected of aiding the attackers who killed at least 143 people.
