Three to stand trial in Larnaca couple extortion case
Three individuals aged 32, 46, and 50 are facing charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, extortion, and demanding money under threat in the Larnaca District Court. Prosecutors claim they threatened and intimidated a couple, demanding €300,000 due to past financial dealings. The case has been adjourned until December 4, 2024. The 46-year-old and 32-year-old defendants were granted bail with conditions, while the 50-year-old defendant remains in custody for not meeting the bail requirements.
