Man, 82, convicted of shooting home intruder to receive pardon
An 82-year-old man who shot an intruder on his property is set to receive a presidential pardon. The man was initially sentenced to two and a half years in prison but has been repeatedly hospitalized for chest pains and high blood pressure since his conviction.
