AMC lights up in yellow for endometriosis awareness
The American Medical Center (AMC) is illuminated in yellow for the entire month of March to participate in the Endomarch worldwide endometriosis awareness campaign. This act serves as a symbol of hope and a reminder to women suffering from endometriosis that they are not alone. Endometriosis affects one in 10 Cypriot women of childbearing age and 200 million women globally. Since 2016, the AMC has hosted the first Endometriosis and Fertility Center in Cyprus, led by Dr. Andreas Stavroulis, who is also the President of the Endomarch Cyprus campaign. This center provides guidance, diagnosis, and effective treatment for endometriosis.
