Shame on Cyprus Post and customs
A package sent from a confectionery shop in the UK to Cyprus as a gift for Easter was held by Cyprus customs, despite the duty being below the allowed amount. The recipient’s mother had to provide invoice proof to customs, but the package is still being withheld. This is not the first time the sender has experienced issues with Cyprus Post and customs when sending gifts from the UK to Cyprus.
