Editor: Joe Biden has claimed repeatedly that his tax plan will not affect people who make less than $400,000 a year. His proposal to raise corporate income tax rates is, however, a hidden tax on every American with any kind of investments, including stocks and mutual funds, and regardless of our income brackets.
