The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a yellow warning for Green Monday.
Isolated heavy thunderstorms are expected to affect mainly the mountainous areas and the east half of the island. In storm, hail is expected, while winds may be variable strengthening. Precipitation rate is expected to range between 35 and 55 millimeters per hour.
