Today, the coronial inquest began with revelations from the family of Thanasis Nikolaou, before the coroner Doria Varosiotou at the Limassol District Court, where the hearing process is underway.
Today’s proceedings are scheduled for the examination of Pathologist Dimitra Karagianni by the Legal Service representative.
Before the examination began, the lawyers for Thanasis’s family reported that an individual had made a statement to the Police regarding someone who confessed to them that they, along with others, assaulted and killed Thanasis.
The lawyers requested the recall of Deputy Chief Melis Antoniou to address the new investigations.
The process is ongoing.
