The Police in Ammochostos are seeking testimonies from closed-circuit surveillance systems in an effort to trace the movements of the perpetrator who fired shots at the residence of a 36-year-old in Frenaros in the early hours of Monday (15\/4).
\nThe shots were fired shortly before 2 am from a firearm. According to the Police, the perpetrator fired four shots, three of which hit the front of the house and one hit the glass balcony door.
\nThe scene was cordoned off, and forensic experts from the Criminal Investigations Department of the Police Headquarters conducted investigations, while the responsible officer of the Ammochostos CID was also present at the scene.
\nVarious pieces of evidence were collected from the scene, which will be sent for scientific examinations.
