The Department of Meteorology has issued a yellow warning for thunderstorms and hail.
\nThe warning is in effect between 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 6 to 6 p.m. on the same day.
\nIt said that \u201cisolated heavy thunderstorms are expected to affect mainly the mountainous areas, the south, the east and the inland areas.\u201d
\nHail is also likely, it added, while winds may be variable strengthening.
\nThe precipitation rate is expected to range between 35 to 55 millimetres per hour.<\/p>\n
