Cyprus <\/strong>on Friday announced the launch of a new deposit product, offering a fixed deposit rate of <strong>2.50 per cent<\/strong> annually for <strong>twelve-month deposits exceeding \u20ac70,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cypru-video-ads\" id=\"cypru-876972650\">\n<div id=\"cypru-1602343982\" data-cypru-trackid=\"478051\" data-cypru-trackbid=\"1\" class=\"cypru-target\">\n<div id=\"gpt-ad-9173187461005-0\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cWith a focus on offering increased returns, Alpha Bank provides customers with the opportunity to enhance the yield of their twelve-month time deposits exceeding \u20ac70,000, with a stable annual interest rate of 2.50%,\u201d the bank said in an announcement.<br \/>\nMoreover, it noted that at the end of the specified deposit period, customers have the option to withdraw, increase their capital, or renew the deposit and capitalise on the interest.<br \/>\nIn addition, through its \u2018Alpha Time Deposits\u2019 series, Alpha Bank also offers other options to customers, based on their specific needs.<br \/>\nIt provides a fixed annual interest rate of <strong>1.60 per cent and 1.50 per cent for deposits exceeding \u20ac50,000, with durations of 18 months and 24 months,<\/strong> respectively.<br \/>\nIt should be noted that interest is non-compounded, with payment made upon maturity of the time
