Notably, Ioannou will now run as MEP on the Elam ticket.<br \/>\nPreviously, Georgiadou served as deputy Financial Commissioner, having held that position from <strong>2019<\/strong> until now.<br \/>\nMoreover, despite the cabinet\u2019s autonomy from the board of directors\u2019 recommendations, it eventually fully approved its decision, leading to Georgiadou\u2019s promotion.<br \/>\nGeorgiadou has a background in law.
