\nTo improve traffic conditions, it is reported that traffic policies have been implemented which prioritise comfortable and unhindered pedestrian movement, require motor vehicles to operate at a maximum permitted speed of 20 kilometres per hour, and strictly prohibit parking and stopping of vehicles along the road, designating them as Shared Use Zones.
