Cyprus is in a carnival mood today, with Limassol being the city of fun, while preparations for the big parade are at their peak. The Municipality of Paralimni is also preparing for parades with the culmination of the events for the Famagusta Carnival, and so is the Municipality of Peyia. Events and parties are also organized in other municipalities.
\nThe big carnival parade in Limassol will start at 1 pm from the traffic junction of Agios Nikolaos and will end at the traffic lights of Polemidia. The parade will be preceded by the Limassol Municipality Philharmonic Orchestra, the Cheerleaders of the Cyprus Drivers\u2019 Corps, the Cantadores, the Batukino percussion band, and the Limassol Cheerleaders.
\nThe big carnival parade of Famagusta will start at 2 p.m. starting from the 2nd Municipal School of Paralimni and will pass through Protaras Avenue and Agios Georgios Street, Paralimni.
