They were both released on bail on Tuesday,Tatar on Wednesday should resign \u201cto enable a new structure to form in Yodak\u201d, but said he had \u201ctaken into account the presumption of innocence while the judicial process continues.\u201dLast week, <strong>he said he had given instructions to the north\u2019s supreme court to fire Avci<\/strong>.The court had on Monday announced the commencement of its evaluation of Tatar\u2019s request, with senior judge Gokhan Asafogullari having been set to investigate Avci\u2019s conduct.However, with Avci\u2019s resignation now having been handed in, the investigation will likely be stood down.<strong>Yodak\u2019s deputy chairman Hasan Amca had taken temporary charge <\/strong>of the authority while criminal proceedings are being taken against Avci.
