There was a long delay in the purchase and installation of the equipment by telecommunication organizations. And while everything was ready, reservations were expressed about the process of issuing the monitoring orders<\/p>\n

Four years after the passing of the law that legalized the monitoring of telephone conversations with the aim of fighting organized crime, the Police have not yet used this powerful weapon in their hands and as we are informed, the law has been decided to be amended again.
According to information from "P", while everything was ready since last November and on the part of the telecommunications organizations to carry out the legal monitoring of telephone conversations, reservations were expressed regarding the procedure that is expected to be followed by the Police for the issuance of decrees monitoring the…<\/p>\n
