{"id":14341,"date":"2024-06-04T17:01:13","date_gmt":"2024-06-04T14:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ch.jfdi.cc\/?p=14341"},"modified":"2024-06-04T17:01:13","modified_gmt":"2024-06-04T14:01:13","slug":"cypriot-driver-tziortzis-aims-to-recover-from-calamitous-start-to-season","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ch.jfdi.cc\/?p=14341","title":{"rendered":"Cypriot driver Tziortzis aims to recover from calamitous start to season"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ch.jfdi.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/cypriot-driver-tziortzis-aims-to-recover-from-calamitous-start-to-season.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Cypriot driver Vladimiros Tziortzis said on Tuesday he is hoping for a \u201cfresh start\u201d<\/strong> at the coming weekend\u2019s EuroNascar race after a calamitous start to the season.<strong>Tziortzis <\/strong>crashed<strong> at the first corner on the first lap of the first race<\/strong> of the season in Valencia in April, before crashing again during that weekend\u2019s second race and being unable to finish it.<\/p>\n<p>He then followed that performance up at the season\u2019s second weekend in Italy by driving onto the grass during the first day and then driving straight on at a corner and into a gravel trap the following day.<\/p>\n<p>However, <strong>he remains optimistic<\/strong> going into the third weekend at the United Kingdom\u2019s Brands Hatch circuit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe goal is to get back to winning ways after the mechanical issues and the accidents in Valencia and Italy, where they may have been positive results, but they were not what represents us,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that \u201cconsistency will count\u201d at Brands Hatch, saying the track \u201cdoes not forgive mistakes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>It\u2019s something I have proven over the years<\/strong>, that I can do it\u00a0 to the maximum,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vladimiros Tziortzis is a Cypriot driver who is hoping for a fresh start at the upcoming EuroNascar race after a series of crashes and mechanical issues earlier in the season.
