A 61-year-old pedestrian was killed in a road collision in Kokkinotrimithia last night, police said Monday.
\nPolykarpos Michael, a Kokkinotrimithia resident, was struck by a vehicle driven by a 45-year-old man on Grigoris Afxentiou Avenue.
\nHe was pronounced dead at Nicosia General Hospital.
\nThe driver was initially arrested and released after questioning.
