After the thunderous announcements regarding the installation of air conditioning in schools, the landing finally came. They had almost convinced everyone that the installation of air conditioning would begin by the end of 2023.
Talk is brewing… because February has passed and it’s still in the procedural phase. It’s not at the pace at which the tender will be announced; next year, perhaps they will manage.
Could it be time, we wonder, is it time to move to the next stage and not just stick to announcements?
