With strong and prominent personalities, the Movement of Social Democrats EDEK is preparing to enter the European elections, in order to stop the rise of the far-right ELAM and maintain the position of the fourth party, securing a seat in the European Parliament. Next Thursday evening, the names of the six candidates will be put before the Politburo for approval, and on Sunday, February 11, the Cypriot conference will convene to ratify the party's ballot for the June European elections.
