Strong criticisms against the executive power for the legislative measures it is promoting to deal with the phenomenon of fan violence in sports venues were expressed yesterday in the context of a debate in the parliamentary Legal Committee. The Ministry of Justice tabled a revised amendment bill to prevent and suppress violence in sports venues, incorporating the Government's decision to allow the Cabinet to decide on games without fans. The second government decision, in order for the unions to have the responsibility of the organized fans, as informed by the Ministry of Justice, will be promoted with the filing of another bill.
