At the protest, messages were read from the World Peace Council, the British Peace Assembly, the Palestinian Embassy in Cyprus, while the director Adonis Floridis and the Palestinian Siadi Al-Ada, who, as reported, lost most of his members, also spoke. of his family in the bombing of Rafah by Israel.
A delegation of the Pan-Cypriot Peace Council submitted a memorandum to a representative of the British Bases, through which it is requested to end the involvement of Cyprus, through the British Bases, "in the genocide of the friend of the Palestinian people".

It also denounces "the transfer of US war materials and forces to support the operations of the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip and Yemen".
"Cyprus is neither a base of the US-NATO nor of the British. As a Cypriot people, we do not want our country to be involved in any way in the massacre that is taking place in the Gaza Strip", continues the memorandum, which requires the "immediate dismantling of the British bases, as well as all foreign military bases in the countries of our region and in the world".
