Roads are becoming slippery up the mountains due to light snowfalls as forecast this morning and expected to continue through this evening.
Police are advising drivers to exercise additional caution, more so while negotiating the highest slippery routes, including Karvounas-Troodos, Platres-Troodos, Saittas-Troodos and Prodromos-Troodos.
People have flocked from cities to enjoy the snow and officers are monitoring and regulating traffic to prevent accidents and ensure safety.
