The two concerts are organized by Lidl Cyprus in support of the Cyprus Cancer Society
For another year, he has taken on the full coverage of all the costs of the concert in Nicosia and Limassol, contributing practically to the further strengthening of the great work of the Association.
Continuing its important and long-standing support to the Cyprus Cancer Association, Lidl Cyprus is sponsoring the two major charity concerts with the aim of financial support for the Association, on Saturday 20 January at the Strovolos Municipal Theater in Nicosia and on Sunday 21 January at the Rialto Theater in Limassol .
These special charity concerts concern the subversive coexistence of the Cyprus Guitar Orchestra with Nikos Portokaloglou, in a musical extravaganza. A modern interpretation approach, with one of the most important songwriters and performers of his generation, under the artistic direction of Antonis Koizas. The conductor and orchestrations belong to Antonis Mytakidis, while the soloists of the concerts will be Giorgos and Stelios Golgaris, the Cyprus Guitar Trio and Marina Verzanli in singing with the participation of professors and students from universities, conservatories and music schools, who will form the dynamic of 200 guitars on stage.
For more than 10 years, Lidl Cyprus has been firmly on the side of the Cyprus Cancer Association by covering the Food Program of the "Arodafnousa" Palliative Care Center, as well as supporting the Center's Adoption of Rooms Program, while supporting and frequently organizing a series of charitable actions for gathering relevant resources, as well as the specific concerts.

The concert is held in accordance with the provisions of the Fundraising Law and the relevant Fundraising License with number N.P. 73/2023 granted by the Ministry of Interior for the period 01/01-30/06/2024.
